Comments Site planning analysis by Plan West helped KB Homes develop an alley loaded townhome product. The combination of alleys with street-front townhomes successfully extends the traditional Denver Grid. Detached sidewalks with tree lawns and street trees help create the pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Landscaped courtyards provide shared open space as the primary pedestrian entry to the townhomes.
